Baseline Diversified Building Inspections was founded by Vernon Wilkins, a Certified Commercial Property Inspector with over 20 years of experience in construction and building inspections throughout the DMV region.
Vernon established his original company, Wilkins & Associates, with a clear vision: to provide inspections that go beyond checklists and deliver real value to clients making important property decisions.
His background in construction gives him a practical, real-world understanding of how buildings are designed, built, and maintained. Combined with advanced certifications from organizations including:
